2. No Refunds on Digital Content

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that our readings and premium features are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing the service entirely
  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase (duplicate billing)
